Enjoyed our stay and location is fantastic.
Excellent location, with lots of eateries and food stall below our hotel. Near to BIFF and Jalgalgi Market.
Hotel room is big but rundown. There were no towels for shower, no safe and small window. Room is dark and not well maintained. Bidet in the toilet apparently is only for show since the receptionist told us that it is not working for all the rooms.

Location. Big room. Big bathroom. We were on the 9th floor so we had a good view on the tower.
Staff not present a lot. The hotel could use an update as it's a bit outdated but OK. Not perfectly clean but also OK. Would still stay here again though.
