Enjoyed our stay and location is fantastic.

Excellent location, with lots of eateries and food stall below our hotel. Near to BIFF and Jalgalgi Market.

Hotel room is big but rundown. There were no towels for shower, no safe and small window. Room is dark and not well maintained. Bidet in the toilet apparently is only for show since the receptionist told us that it is not working for all the rooms.

Location. Big room. Big bathroom. We were on the 9th floor so we had a good view on the tower.

Staff not present a lot. The hotel could use an update as it's a bit outdated but OK. Not perfectly clean but also OK. Would still stay here again though.

The room we got had a great view of the tower, and it was clean and comfortable, inclusive of all the amenities. i highly recommend this hotel!

There was nothing unlikable, but one thing. the window and glasses could be more cleaned so the residents can enjoy a better and clearer view of outside!

Great place to lay your head, but no parking!

I liked that it was super close to Jagalchi Market and right inside BIFF.

They didnt specify that they didnt hve parking their building, so it was difficult to park at the nearby cinema parking lot, walk with kids and luggage, and then pay 10 dollars for it :/ should say theres no parking and that if you need it, you should provide it as a service!

overall it was very dirty, the shower was broken and everything was very worn. Nice location though.

The location was nice

Superb location

The hotel is located in a rather central location of Busan, and many attractions such as the BIFF Square is within walking distance from the hotel. The room is also rather spacious and free water is provided at the hotel lobby for all hotel guests in the form of water bottles.

The room was rather smelly and it was clearly evident that someone had smoked in the room prior to our stay. There were also a lack of power outlets, which made charging our phones difficult even for two people. The toilet cabinet was also broken. Overall, our stay was somewhat unpleasant, but not to the point where we would have requested a change in the room, as the room had a comfortable chair and was very spacious for us to place our luggage.

Do yourself a favor, look for a better hotel

Location

The rooms are very small, thorn and dirty wallpapers, dirty, rooms, disgusting, the mattress is hard as a rock, with bumps. We stayed 2 nights, the rooms were not made, no cleaning service, we complained, got no explanation. No lobby, no place to keep lagguage, Entrance to hotel from street and shared elevator very very very dirty, . The front dest staff does not speak or understand English. Hard to understand this unfriendly behavior, refused to help us to order a taxi to the airport. Do yourself a favor, look for a better hotel.

Exceptional

really enjoyed our stay here, place was clean and spacious, with a nice view! staff were lovely, and there are free bottles provided in reception! good location within easy walk of public transport, markets, restaurants and shopping.

only complaint would be that the bathroom was glass walled and covered with a blind, but you could still kinda see in. friend and I had to face the other way when either of us showered.
